Service there is excellent! Griselda was extremely helpful and kind, will definitely go there again!
Great little store, not as overwhelming as Ulta or Sephora. Went in not really knowing what I wanted and they were super helpful in letting me know what’s on sale and products everyone’s been loving, made it feel like I was shopping with friends. Will be back for sure.
I wanted to buy makeup but the staff never greeted me and i was the only one in the store when i came in. I was standing there watching staff put on makeup and not paying attention to the customer at all. The other staff had her head down doing paper work never looked up at me. I said “excuse me” and was completely ignored. So i left. Your customer service experience is totally depending on the cashier or sales rep you would encounter in the store. Some are nice and helpful, treat you with respect and welcome. Some are just awful or worse if you ask questions it is like you bothered them. How The CC store hire such miserable ppl as the staff? !
