I usually have a wonderful experience at this store but today I was treated so horribly from Dalene F. was so rude to me. She treated me like I was bothering her. I will continue to go back but it’s not right to have someone treat you like you’re an inconvenience when their job is to help you. I just needed a little retail therapy…. :(
A fun place to get discounted name brand cosmetics, skincare and fragrances. The workers are so helpful!! Above and beyond...
One of the staff members at this store was blatantly racist toward me. I’m Asian and she repeatedly made unpleasant facial expressions and subtle gestures like I was unwelcome. It wasn’t subtle — it was obvious and deliberate. Her behavior is unacceptable and disgusting. No one should be treated this way. I hope the store takes action, but I won’t be coming back.
