You gave me incorrect information about the product and sold it to me, then when I returned, you said we couldn't take back the discounted product. Good thing I didn't slap it on my face without researching it! I had the right to exchange it!
GREAT PLACE TO SHOP We recently visited the Cosmetics Company Store in St. Augustine, Florida. This store is always welcoming and makes us feel special. It's always a treat for us to visit and purchase quality products at reasonable prices. We were warmly welcomed by Juliana and worked with Ms. Angel, Ms. Sandra and Ms. Shawn. We purchased what we came into the store to buy and with their expertise and knowledge, we purchased complementary products to add to our normal routine. Great trip, great products, awesome team!
I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I had to. The manager at Cosmetics Store was extremely rude and showed blatant hypocrisy. It was honestly a very unpleasant experience.
St. Augustine Store Manager Angel, was a delight. She is so kind, sweet and helpful. She was there every step of the way to explain deals and check prices on items, as the kiosks were down on this day. She would stop whatever she was doing to help you. We’ve recently had some not great encounters at the Orlando and Tampa stores, making us reconsider visiting. But Angel at St. Augustine really changed that perspective. We’re so grateful to have been able to buy cosmetics and skincare from her. Thank you, Angel!
Angel is the true “angel” of this store! My husband and I walked in on a whim this evening near closing time and she was so polite and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, never pressuring me and making me feel like a true VIP! She was very sweet and I hope to shop with her again in the future!
