Every time I visit, Shawn, Angel, and Sandra greet me with warm smiles and a helpful attitude. I’ve been shopping at this store for over 10 years and have consistently received excellent customer service. I’ve never had any product issues or negative experiences. It’s disappointing to see anyone post false or misleading reviews—those comments do not reflect the true nature of this store or its staff. I usually don’t leave reviews but as a man who actually needed help with skin care I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and patience. I have been to this store multiple times. I have been in store with other people who left misleading reviews and I’m here to say that they are not true. Not in my experience. Extremely disappointing store — I do not recommend it at all! The manager, Angel, was rude and disrespectful. I purchased an eyeliner two days ago, and when I got home, I discovered it was completely dried out and unusable. I went back to the store hoping to exchange it, but Angel refused to offer a refund or any solution. Instead, she mocked me in front of the entire staff and made me feel humiliated.
