Jennifer is extremely helpful and such a pleasure to deal with! She’s so knowledgeable and passionate about fragrances, and I’ve personally learned so much from her and gained a deeper appreciation for them. Plus, this location provides some exceptional deals.
I had such a wonderful experience at this store today. I called ahead to see if they had a certain product in stock and Jane was immediately helpful. When I stopped in, she knew she had talked to me earlier! I was greeted and welcomed, but not aggressively so. Hi, For many years, I have received the best customer service from the best team in Wisconsin. In particular, Jennifer, Jane, and Mayling make the Pleasant Prairie location worthwhile to visit. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk into the store. I've seen that every employee provides outstanding customer service! They deserve a raise! LOL :)
