I had such a wonderful experience at this store today. I called ahead to see if they had a certain product in stock and Jane was immediately helpful. When I stopped in, she knew she had talked to me earlier! I was greeted and welcomed, but not aggressively so. Hi, For many years, I have received the best customer service from the best team in Wisconsin. In particular, Jennifer, Jane, and Mayling make the Pleasant Prairie location worthwhile to visit.
