While visiting The Cosmetics Company Store in Pleasant Prairie, I was warmly greeted by Nae. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Despite the store’s price scanners being down, Nae patiently checked each item for me without hesitation. I was also having a hard time deciding which perfume suited me best, and she graciously guided me through my indecisiveness without making me feel rushed. So I go there with the wife and the staff (Jenifer, Jane, Mae and Nai) are very friendly and they give great advices on what my wife needs are .. from the way they interact with my wife I can see the experience in their field and the outstanding customer service .. she has been going here for years now and every time she goes there she finds a new and great thing.. thank you for the wonderful customer service guys
