The manager is very rude. I used to buy stuff from this store for many years but this time when I was there the manager came and told me not to open the product box. I can understand that this is the rule but her tone was very rude. She almost yelled at my mom. We left the store without buying anything even though we came to outlet to buy only from this store. SUPER RUDE
I have been going for years as they have good deals but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BIG TIME RACIST. Rude and nasty always . Dark hair lady and short lady. Not sure who is worst. New staff come and they act same way as they are trained by worst.
Went in around 6 p.m. today, and Sylvia and another person (I’m so sorry, I forgot her name) were both really nice to me. Even though my purchase wasn’t that big, they treated me kindly. You know how sometimes salespeople don’t treat you as well if you don’t spend a lot of money? Or they just ignore you? That wasn’t the case here—they were super friendly and helpful. I had a disappointing experience at the cosmetic store in the Leesburg outlet mall. There were only two employees present, a lady and a man, and both were incredibly disrespectful and rude to customers. I would not recommend visiting this store. Save your time and find a place where you're treated with respect.
