The legends location in Kansas City is no longer exists and is closed . This is as of 6/27/2025. Sad because I drove there from Op (38 minute drive ) and ended up having to go to Sephora . You can still buy for. The corporate store online but it was alway nice to be able to try on shades etc .
Preparing to leave town, wife called 15min before closing, informed the wonderful lady what she needed. When my wife walked in 8 minutes to close, what she needed was ready. In addition, the gal made my wife feel very welcome and took the time to show her new products and feel like she was the most important customer to walk through the door. Very rare to find customer service as great as this. Thank you!
Anna is fantastic!! Everything she suggested worked out great!! She also helps me order and have items shipped since I live far from the store. This is the best store ever and I just love getting to see Anna when my daughter and I visit! A+++++++++++
Anna helped me on the phone when I called about a product that I needed. She was so very helpful & she even remembered me when I came in the store from speaking to her on the phone earlier that day! She is awesome & has wonderful customer service skills! She needs a raise or bonus I will go back again because of her !
