I recently visited the Homebush Cosmetics Company to purchase some beauty products for my wife. Being a layman when it comes to beauty products, the staff there were so helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service, thanks ladies. See you next year !
Awesome service received from two beauty advisors here. Despite the fact the store was super busy the beauty advisor helped me to choose my foundation shade and concealer. Another advisor suggested a beautiful Tom Ford lippie that helped to brighten up my skin. It’s a discount store and they are doing promotion now the price is awesome as well. Will def return for my Xmas shopping.
Visited the store to test and purchase a perfume. After deciding to buy it, I informed the staff, who took the bottle I was holding to the back of the store. Moments later, another staff member accused me of stealing the perfume and started yelling at me, demanding to know where the tester was. Worst service I've received in a retail store.
