Yesterday I purchased a MAC Compact and Foundation after showing the staff my skin tone so they could help me choose the correct shade. Unfortunately, they gave me shades that do not match my skin at all. I spent around $120, and it feels like a complete waste of money. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would give ZERO star but google doesn’t allow me to do so. Asian staff I encountered was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to assist. The way she talked to customer was completely unacceptable and she is clearly unfit from her role in the retail environment. Worst experience from the staff, they were just starring at me and my friend and didn’t even smiled back to us. Also when we were looking at the product, one staff had the audacity to ask us if we were really gonna buy something, seriously guys? They should be banned from customer service work.
The attitude of the front facing staff is so bad. Never ever dealt with such a bad staff. Specially their manager Ruby who had such a worst attitude. No clue how will someone hire such a bad staff for customer facing role.
