I visited the store today with my sister to look for makeup for my wedding. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup very often, I honestly didn’t know much about makeup or what would suit me. I’ve returned to the store a few times, and each time I was lucky enough to be assisted by lovely ladies, expecially Ruby and Helona. Minus service.. not even 0. One of the product that was showing further discounts so I wanted to know the last price,the staff ( chinese lady) gave me a look saying indirectly how dare you!!!! She was gossiping with other lady and why I asked her thats why she got angry!! It looks like they dont have any intention to sell, other customers also look bothered and left without purchase.
Customer service here is atrocious. Don't bother walking in, unless you already know what you want. Staff too busy gossiping to each other to assist customers, deliberated avoiding eye contact. almost had to beg them to run my items through the till lol.
Yesterday I purchased a MAC Compact and Foundation after showing the staff my skin tone so they could help me choose the correct shade. Unfortunately, they gave me shades that do not match my skin at all. I spent around $120, and it feels like a complete waste of money. I expected professional advice, but instead I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable or attentive.
