Charged me higher than the ticket price and when asked, their reason was they’re updating the prices in the store and haven’t gotten to updating this item’s ticket yet and it’s up to me if I want to take it or leave it. Very unhelpful customer service. Highly recommend NOT buying from this store.
Bought this MAC product expecting a smooth liquid formula, but it came out thick and clumpy instead. Very disappointing quality and not usable. Also, it is empty! Would not recommend buying from this shop.
Penny was absolutely amazing in store and provided so much help and guidance when finding products. Very rare in today’s day and age to see that level of service.
Jasmine helped me with my mac concealer today. I didn’t know that mac did undertones differently but she helped me pick the right shade which was very helpful. However, when I came home and opened the concealer to see it was only like 75% filled but service wise I was satisfied with the help with my shade match.
