Jasmine helped me with my mac concealer today. I didn’t know that mac did undertones differently but she helped me pick the right shade which was very helpful. However, when I came home and opened the concealer to see it was only like 75% filled but service wise I was satisfied with the help with my shade match.

Carla’s attitude stinks. I was given wrong products when I initially bought them I didn’t double check and my skin reacted I have photos. I called the store straight away to let them know I have pics to prove it. Carla told me to come in store to exchange, I don’t want a refund only want the correct products. 23/9/24 in store mind you her aunty was there, she declined to exchange them telling me to contact head office. I’ve never received such bad customer service anywhere.The employee named Penny has the worst behaviour of all times.She literally shouted at a customer saying Not a tester.This happened today.I have never been in a situation where the sales assistant was shouting at a customer.This happened to today and I couldn’t delay writing about it.Even the other employees felt ashamed.Penny rolled her eyes every time they touched a tester.And I went to the store another time that lady is still the same.She is ultimate worst server.Wit... read more

I had a wonderful experience at the store. Carla was very helpful and genuinely listened to and assisted me in finding what I came in for, including helping me decide on foundation colour tone which is always so tricky to do!
