Whenever i wanted to shop, the store has a sign at the window that says they will be back in an hour! Nobody is working there?? They need to schedule wisely in order not to send the customers away!
There's a lady here ... She remembered me, and my daughter from over a year ago. It really touched my heart. Her customer service, and support is top notch! She is/was always a huge help. I spend over $$$ dollars here and come back all because of her customer service. Too bad I forget her name, too .... She wears glasses, and has white hair :) Came back 8/19/25 - The lady remembered us again. She said she's worked here for over 17 years.
My wife and I went to the Rehoboth Beach location last Saturday and had a wonderful experience with April, the Sales Associate, that helped us that day. April was fantastic and just so welcoming. She took the time to answer our questions and provided suggestions for our needs. Also, I really appreciated her taking the time to get as the discounts and gifts that we were entitled to based on the amount of our purchases. I came in to try on a few Jo Malone perfume and was told It’s an over $100 luxury bottle not for testing. Well, will not intend to come back this store. Maybe 🤔
