MY GO-TO MAKEUP STORE! I've been shopping with The Cosmetic Company Store for a long time, and their customer service just gets better and better!!! The girls are so kind and helpful, especially Mason! She is so knowledgeable and always eager to help with any questions I have! She turned me on to my new holy grail, Bobbi Brown's face base!! Can't recommend this store enough!
Unacceptable customer service. Each time I visit this store, I am not greeted by any staff. During my most recent visit, there were three to four representatives present, yet no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. Because of this lack of basic customer service, I chose to leave and spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. I ultimately purchased my products online through Ulta instead & would rather wait for my Ulta order then give my services to this store.

Love this store but went there today and a sign said temporarily closed. Website says open.
I’m a long-time customer of CCS and place over a hundred orders each year. Occasionally, issues come up, but most store managers are proactive and handle them well. This time, however, the experience has been deeply frustrating. The manager asked me to file the claim, and ever since UPS officially confirmed the package was lost in transit and would compensate the shipper, she has only made excuses and delayed any action.
