I used to love this place but it’s never open ! Even when it says it’s supposed to be ! Over the last 3 months I have been and each time on various days and hours it has been closed! I even called another store to see why no one knows why! Shame because it’s a perfect location. Please do better
I walked into the store today super unsure of what I was even looking for.i have been so down lately but then i met Shannon. She was amazing! She helped me color match and find exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. I am grateful for her kind words and for her going out of her way on a busy day to be patient and work with me. Suppose to open at 11 - but can't be bothered. There are plenty of people who want to work - wasting everyone's time
On Saturday 15 feb 7:30 pm i been at store and cashier been on the phone for good 20 minutes we were the only customer ready to pay and she been on the phone ignoring us Are you guys taking customer service serious ? This how you train them?
Cashier 1730503 said that I had to use a basket to put my one item in instead of setting it on the counter. The store was dead. There was no other customer in there. I already had my coat, along with other personal items in my hand. She told me repeatedly I had to put the item in a basket. I picked up the jumbo shampoo, then picked up one more item, and decided to check out. She made me feel very unwelcomed. I’ve never had a problem with anyone in this store until today.
