Very displeased with my most recent visit. I left a more detailed review on the Pocono Outlets Google page. All new faces, none pleasant. I had to ask for help and the overly dressed, blinged out worker (I assume the manager) was too busy on her phone and chatting with another associate rather than wanting to help a customer. I'm not needy, I don't need a companion to walk me around the store, but it would've been nice to have someone help me with some items (specifically foundation) I was curious about. Terrible customer service. Walked in tried to go to the counter for help and the associates were too busy gossiping to turn around and offer help. One was sitting down entire time, couldn’t be bothered even while staring at me waiting for help at the counter. Would rather shop ulta & Sephora where people are nicer and willing to help you.
I'm not usually that person to leave bad reviews, so I still gave 3 stars despite my most recent experience. I've been to this location a few times. This time, I was not greeted. There was a girl with long hair behind the counter on her phone the entire time. I don't care if people are on their phones, but she didn't even ask me if I needed any assistance. The new management is brilliant! Diamond was welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. Not only did she help me get all the perfect Christmas presents for my nieces at a great price, she wrapped them with care AND she helped me get a little something for myself. My partner and I go to Tannersville every year and have a handful of shops we visit and we're adding this one to the list!
