I recently visited The Cosmetic Company Store in Edmonton and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Heather Smith. Her attitude toward me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I felt singled out and treated differently in a way that came across as discriminatory and unacceptable. had a deeply upsetting experience with this cosmetics company due to the behaviour of the manager, Heather. During our interaction, she used a racist slur towards me, calling me a “Paki,” which is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. No customer should ever be spoken to in that manner. We shopped at the store a few times. The store looks clean and organized, it is easy to find what I like. They carry so many different brands all under Estee Lauder. The best thing is always having great deals. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable to show what they have. Also the Best Buy is the beauty Haul( you pick a nice cosmetic bag with 6 samples) the price value is already more than $20, but it is a great way to try some brands before buying the regular sizes).
