I had an amazing experience at the Cosmetics Company Store! Barb and Joy provided such wonderful customer service. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable while shopping. I truly appreciated how patient and attentive they were. I honestly try my best to give stores like this the benefit of the doubt, however every time I come in there’s a malfunction or I get ripped off. Seriously. I will say the discounts here are incredible, you’ll never find/get discounts like these on makeup. The first time I got ripped off was a worker marking my foundation for 40% off when it was 60%. Staff was misleading to get the sale, implying the discount would be applied to the whole purchase…discount only received on one item.
I had such a wonderful experience at CCS today at Premium Outlet Mall. I happened to come across their promotion of 6 makeup products for only $78, which was such a great deal. Joy was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to let me try different products and carefully recommended items based on my skin type and what would work best for me.
