Keith who is the assistant manager is very helpful and polite. But I wanted to also mention the manager Janet. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Janet went out of her way to make my wife’s Valentine’s Day special, she prepared my order over the phone just before closing with no hesitation. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to all of the products and is all around genuine in making the customer happy. Thank you so much.
I entered the store at 8:40 and asked one of the employees if she could help me with makeup. She was very rude. At 8:50, she had already closed and almost forced me to leave the store. I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful.
My first and last time at this establishment. I actually regret purchasing a product here but I really needed it. This petite lady with red lipstick helped me find a product and after I continued to browse several aisles with my child and the whole time was staring us down, made me very uncomfortable. She was very snooty and off putting from the moment I walked in.
I absolutely LOVE this store! I’ve been to several locations of The Cosmetics Company Store, but this one is hands-down my favorite. The staff, particularly Blanca, are all so patient and knowledgeable with helping you find just the right match for your skin. The products have always been high quality and fresh. I've never brought home anything I didn't love. Like any store, the selection can vary depending on the season or if a big sale just cleared the shelves, but most of the time they have a great variety to choose from.
Fue muy incomo comprar! La Sra. Aasistente tiene una energía muy negativa, cortante y arrogante. Desafortunadamente es la única atendiendo y no tuve manera de acudir a alguna otra persona… Pero no lo recomiendo! Te tratatan como si nuestro dinero no vale….
