Customer service is TERRIBLE! They follow innocent people including children around. Why myself and daughter was targeted is what I’m trying to still figure out. We have zero reason to steal, I was simply browsing the store, as any other customer was as well. I had never been in this store, but thought I would check it out. I loved this stored since it first opened, I visit it once a week since I work here at the outlet. Last week I went in on Saturday and asked about their 6 for $60 promo. The lady said it was no longer going to be a thing, today which is a week later to my surprise they had the promo. I told the same lady oh I thought it was gonna be gone, she was very rude and said “oh they surprised us” I left and didn’t spend my money! I had never been to the this store ever before and let me tell you, it was such an awesome experience! Bianca is an exceptional associate along with Rachelle, they both know their cosmetics and deals! We left the store extremely happy as Bianca helped me and my family greatly ❤️
