I initially called another location, but after being left on hold for eight minutes, I decided to call this store instead. Looking back, I’m actually grateful because it led me to T, who was an absolute dream to work with. I was frantically searching for the original Double Wear foundation formula by Estée Lauder, and T went above and beyond to help me. I shop in here quite frequently. The service was poor and the sales girl continued to argue with me. I stated I agree to disagree and I have worked with you on multiple occasions. Don’t take your bad day out on me. That’s not acceptable behavior when the customer has to refrain from an employee who’s arguing with you.

This store is surprisingly well stocked at all times and has a really well trained team that are one of the few stores that can properly run a high traffic customer floor all while executing high volume send sales with unmatched customer service! They dont treat send sale customers as 2nd class customers. Taylor and Ashlee alway takes care of my wifes needs! Come to visit the store one day!
