The staff member in attendance put me at ease instantly. The products in store were things that do not sell, but feeling like I mattered just by stepping in...priceless. I hope management understand what a gem the young man is. 🫶
Poor customer service, as employees don’t have sense to behave in front of customers. One of them laughs very loud as outsiders start watching them doesn’t look a good customer service, kindly look after this.
I wasn’t sure what brand I was looking for but really was after a professional colour match for my mature skin. The staff member at the South Wharf store ( I didn’t catch his/their name) was amazing. His customer service and product knowledge was outstanding. I walked out feeling like the best of myself. Thank you so much, you flawless and fearless Queen. You are a credit to the cosmetics industry!
