1 Star Extremely disappointing customer service. The cashier was an older woman, and her attitude was extremely rude and unpleasant. I was already standing at the checkout counter first and had been waiting for about five minutes. Another customer came over and asked about the price of a product. Instead of serving me first, the cashier completely ignored me and went over to scan that customer’s items and patiently answer all of her questions. Today we encountered the following situation. My wife arrived at your store at 6:10 p.m., but the employee told her that she was on her lunch break and therefore would not be able to serve her. As a result, my wife had to wait another 50 minutes for the employee to finish her break. If this is how your store operates, could you at least make sure that your business hours are listed accurately, including any periods when customers cannot be served?
The assistant manager Atia , the mostly disrespectful woman, she will ask you to leave her promises in a normal complaint conversation as you were a criminal, Warning their merchandise is not organized so the sample you see at the front of the item does not guarantee it is the correct product, you must open your product and make sure it matches the color at display, this disrespectful women will argue with you to the end and not provide you an simple exchange and make note my product it in perfect condition, I will never buy... read more
