You charged us about 100 dollars more in your warehouse, Regarding the issue with my payment at the warehouse, we were contacted by Enrique Serrano from your team, and a supplementary explanation was provided over the phone. However, after that conversation, there was no further response. Despite sending two follow-up emails on January 17 and February 7, 2026, we have still not received a reply. Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved?
Sad because I like this place a lot and come here often. The older white woman with dark hair who was there 4:30pm on January 31, 2026 was angrily dropping my items on the counter while scanning my stuff and she actually broke my Mac blush. As long as she's in there, I'm not buying anymore. I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this happen to them...
I’ve tried calling this location so many times… They never answer the phone, they just let it ring out. Customer service down the drain.. Horrible.
Their prices for each shade is different which is very weird. Completely unaware of it we checked the price of a concealer and got it later realized looking at the receipt that it was way too much of what we checked. Went back in 5 mins and asked the cashier she said its different prices for different shades. At that point i was paying close to the Sephora price for a nearly expired product.
