I visited the store last Saturday and was looking for a makeover and the assistant Carmela was so helpful with her recommendations. I loved the experience and will be visiting again in the near future.

We visited the store in Swindon looking for a skincare product by Estee Lauder. The agent whose name was Carmela was extremely helpful and managed to find the last product in the store after searching a while to find. We were very grateful for her help.

I was shopping cosmetics for my self when I paid at the till one of the staff very friendly and asked me how was shopping? Everything is okay?Did I found everything that I needed? which means she very care about the customer.She offered me special offers if I buy more items I will get more percent off that great value for money and I grab more items but I had to pay more money but I happy with that and appreciate that with customer service and great value for money. Her name is Carmela.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic shopping experience I had. The lady working there called Carmella went above and beyond helping me find products that I needed. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in store.
