Procedures done: December 27, 2018; told by Dr. Karen Soika that I would receive injections of Botox to frown lines, crows, and under eyes/lips also with hyaluronic acid (I hope it was Restylane). I was advised by Dr. Karen Soika to meet her at her home office. December 27, 2018, 3pm, I arrived at the front door; she appeared to left of house, walking from driveway.
