First facial treatment in many years and I was a bit anxious. I was warmly welcomed and relaxed quickly. The treatment was professional and the massage was just right. Emma was very knowledgeable and her technique was excellent. The micro needling was uncomfortable but not painful. Can’t wait to see how I look in a week.
New location has a great welcoming and relaxing vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Was so impressed with the time Fiona spent to make sure the design, look and colour of my new brows suited me before starting work on them. I booked an appointment and received a call an hour and a half before asking to reschedule. On the appointment day, I received a text message 2 hours before the rescheduled appointment to be advised that they have to reschedule again for another 2 weeks time. I had organised care for my son both of these appointments so as you can appreciate, it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating having the cancellations last moment.
Fi is amazing and does such an incredible job every time. I’ve been going to the cosmetic hub for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
