When there was a issue they made sure to help me right away and addressed all my concerns with a smile and great attitude
Wow. Utter disappointment. I was under the impression from the website I would receive guided recommendations to support weight loss but, after sharing I’d successfully lost 70, then 50, pounds respectively over the last 5 years - only to rebound each time - I was told that I should not expect to maintain that kind of weight loss. Mind you, even with 70 pounds lost, my BMI places me in the “obese” category.
