I had the worst renting experience at Residences at the Collections. The apartment complex has separate teams for Community, Financial, Leasing, and Maintenance. Unfortunately, team members change frequently, resulting in consistently poor responses from each team. To resolve any issues, I often had to make multiple requests. If there was a rating lower than this ,I would give it to The Bullhouse in Durham . Terrible customer service.They charge you $400.00 application fee then turn you down and don’t get any of your money back. A lot of bull don’t think !!
Edwin, Abi, and Steven make living at Lantower a pleasure and Mathew is amazing at resolving any and all issues that arise. These guys are by far the foundation of this community and should be recognized as the true assets they are!!!!!

If your young and like to party a little and use a little smoke do not move here. Someone complained about me and my friends have fun on the weekends. The Apartments called the Sheriffs office came in our apartment without our permission Took me and my friend to jail and are charging use with two felony charges. Lost our car keys some of our stuff is gone and they said we have to get out in three days. Fucked up
Where to begin... As another resident commented, I wish people had been honest in their reviews to live here. It would have saved me my money and the hassle that living in Lantower Brandon is. We have been residents here since mid-July, and are counting down the days until our lease is up. Communication and safety are NOT a priority, the manager doesn't even wear a mask. The front desk staff is extremely passive aggressive and not helpful with any issue. The only time they talk with you is when something is already past repair. Fine place to hang your hat, but don't expect anything more.
I am highly disappointed with the management at this apartment complex. I have had multiple issues including my car being broken into three times (it was locked and in the gated parking deck). Management told me there was nothing they could do as there are no cameras inside the deck. The police said they got multiple complaints of the same issue and told bull house they needed to install cameras inside.
