Our tickets for maintenance dont get acknowledged and get ignored its been weeks and no response or acknowledgement. Save your money and time. I’ve attached a screenshot of a ticket we sent in on 7/24/25 its now 8/5/25 lol and still NOTHING.Don't believe me or my experience? No biggie, look at the review “Carley Taylor” wrote on here as well. And/Or “Alex Richard” too.
Lived here for a little over a year and dealt with cockroaches the whole time. Initially the office tried to blame us but then admitted there was a problem before that they thought they had handled. The whole building (700s) has them so without treating the whole building the problem will never go away. We also had termites about halfway through the lease. Been living at the Cortesian for 6 years going on my 7th which will be my last year. Overall most years have been good the last two years have gotten much worse. Pros: Maintenance workers are friendly and great. Laundry facility Very neighborly Location is great Cons: Leasing office staff rude and condescending Late fees increase magically with absurd numbers with no breakdown unless you go in and beg for the breakdown. Pure trash live here two years, incompetent front office won’t answer phones, grill been broken since march Units leak and aren’t updated
My friend and I just moved to Arizona from Michigan which was a bit of a difficult process. We could not tour the place ourselves so we were nervous about moving in somewhere we did not know but we luckily had a great leasing agent. Briana was amazing and so helpful! We probably annoyed her with how many questions we asked but she always responded quickly and made less anxious about the move. We love our new home, thank you Briana for all of your help!
