Excellent location. Upgrades to the unit were nice! Clean pool, 24 hour access to the gym, access to a gas grill, and Amazon lockers. Brianna at the front desk is very helpful!
Very affordable and good area but the front desk and maintenance crew will never help you. It’s the kind of place where if you forget to pay your rent by one day they will slap you with a 100 fee but will refuse to fix your dishwasher for well over a month and counting. I met someone who wanted to get a tour but waited over 45 min for the front desk staff to show up. They promised I could move in on one day and give a check the next morning but then another staff member decided she wasn’t going to let me have my keys then I ... read more
Overall good Some things could be better. The online checklist was tedious. I've never had to to do this before, especially photos of everything. The keys should be ready. I still have not received the mailbox key. A walk through with a staff member would have been helpful.
I am a current resident and my frustrations are leading to this 1 star review. Maintenance never responds, all of the cabinets are made out of practically cardboard and so all of the doors are falling out. Everything is cheaply done and poorly painted. I can never get anyone to pick up the phone. The price and location is great. I however, would recommend looking nearby because this place is managed by Greystar (horrible) and i cannot seem to get helped timely with anything. The shower is AWFUL too.
