We had a great pizza party and diy soda bar! It was so fun connecting with neighbors and enjoying tasty food!
Our tickets for maintenance dont get acknowledged and get ignored its been weeks and no response or acknowledgement. Save your money and time. I’ve attached a screenshot of a ticket we sent in on 7/24/25 its now 8/5/25 lol and still NOTHING.Don't believe me or my experience? No biggie, look at the review “Carley Taylor” wrote on here as well. And/Or “Alex Richard” too.
Lived here for a little over a year and dealt with cockroaches the whole time. Initially the office tried to blame us but then admitted there was a problem before that they thought they had handled. The whole building (700s) has them so without treating the whole building the problem will never go away. We also had termites about halfway through the lease. Been living at the Cortesian for 6 years going on my 7th which will be my last year. Overall most years have been good the last two years have gotten much worse. Pros: Maintenance workers are friendly and great. Laundry facility Very neighborly Location is great Cons: Leasing office staff rude and condescending Late fees increase magically with absurd numbers with no breakdown unless you go in and beg for the breakdown.
