Our tickets for maintenance dont get acknowledged and get ignored its been weeks and no response or acknowledgement. Save your money and time. I’ve attached a screenshot of a ticket we sent in on 7/24/25 its now 8/5/25 lol and still NOTHING.Don't believe me or my experience? No biggie, look at the review “Carley Taylor” wrote on here as well. And/Or “Alex Richard” “Jett Rowell” too.
I’m giving this place 5 stars because I think a lot of people have lost sight of what’s reasonable to expect for the rent and location. This is a great value in Scottsdale if you come in with realistic expectations and treat the staff with respect and understanding. Maintenance has handled everything I’ve submitted within a week — I did have to follow up once, but they ultimately got it done. I didn’t expect the office people to be so nice. But Angel was so kind to me and my son. And the girl gave me a lot of information.
If I could give The Cortesian zero stars, I would. My experience living here was one of the most stressful and unhealthy years of my life. From the moment we applied, the management’s lack of transparency and care was obvious, and the problems only got worse after move-in. When my roommates and I first found the listing on Rentler, we were told we had to put down a deposit just to view the apartment.
