I don't no who these people are, they just randomly sent an invoice out for service done in March of 2019. We have not used them for anything. I believe it's a fishing scam, that if I pay the invoice I am now enrolled with them. I hate these kinds of companies!

Thank you for this notification. This invoice was not related to a fishing scam, but instead was an honest attempt to route an open invoice to the company we believed was responsible for it. I apologize that was not more clear within our communication. The invoice has been credited out. Thank you, again, for voicing your concern and allowing this matter to be settled.
CT Corporation will mail you an invoice saying "Past due" on it in hopes that your company will pay it. The small print says that if you pay it, you've engaged their services. Thankfully we were able to stop the first invoice from being paid, but they keep trying it - to date, we've received 9 scam invoices from this company. BE VERY CAREFUL! If they are willing to scam companies, do you really want them as your registered agent??

Engaged CT Corp for business registration, sales tax registration, qualification and registered agent services for first year of business. Project involved registration in all US states given size of our company. Issues involve, but are not limited to: double billing for work (first we prepaid for quote and later on received invoices for work). Work was not completed for various states.
