The wife and I have called in for lunch at the Maple Cafe which is part of the Cornwall building, great food good menu, I would also recommend the big breakfast, delish, great staff very friendly and helpful

Spoke to both the this hotel and the Grand next door which are affiliated. They sold this place as a boutique hotel, they both did. Upon arrival we found the receptionist exceptional but that was the only positive. This hotel is a horror, seasonal workers have full control and walk around like they own it. The ceiling to one side of the lobby is falling down the stairs were thilthy and then you got to your rooms. They were old dirty and unkept!
