I love that this place is so inviting, the members and instructors are super friendly and that it's good for all levels of fitness. As a beginner myself...I think this is the best place for me. I am excited get up in the morning and start my day off with all of these encouraging, no judgement ladies!!!!
Excellent Studio and Instructors. Leah has gone there for years and loved it. Fair pricing and uplifting encouraging hours. Conveniently located at the Sportsplex in Elizabethtown, KY.
Great staff, very encouraging. Constantly changing up the routine and the playlist. Challenging but not overwhelming or impossible. Love all the different age groups in one class. Thankful that I overcame my hesitation due to being older than most. I’m not where I want to be, but I’m stronger and more confident than when I started.

I love Cornerstone Fitness! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. You can tell that there is absolutely no judgement- no matter what fitness level you are! As a physical therapist, I love that there is a warm up and stretching cool-down period. This class is so amazing because it works your whole body- great for strength, endurance and cardio. I love Jessi’s (the owner) attitude and energetic spirit. She loves what she does and has employed the kindest people to lead her other classes. Recommend 100%!!!
