Terrible experience. Helen the manager is a very bad person and will intentionally try to make your life difficult. When I moved out she tried to steal my bond money, making up fake damages. I had to go to NCAT court to get my money back. Everyone I spoke to in the lifts and my neighbours all had problems and issues with Helen. She would let herself into the apartment to look at things and to show random people around without any notice. She would try increasing the rent whenever she felt like it. Terrible manager
I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The apartments are poorly maintained, with old damaged beds, dirty air-conditioning filters, and mould in the bathrooms. Management appears to have a serious disregard for occupant rights, privacy, and basic legal obligations. The manager, Helen, was intrusive and unprofessional, including excessive monitoring security cameras to watch when you leave and entering apartments without proper notice. Thank you for such a great stay here. Beautiful place and location at the beach. Amazing facilities and close to great restaurants, bars and activities. The manager was efficient, direct and made sure we were well looked after. Highly recommended - will definitely be back.
