There's a lot of people that do "Sports Performance" training, but there's nobody that does it like Coach D @ The Core! He's about developing the athlete's mentality first, physical ability second. Kids walk out the door feeling confident in their abilities and focused on their habits!
No other place like it. It's family owned, family vibe, and your kids become apart of the Core family for the rest of their lives. The best facility for youth athletes in the Charlotte area!
The coaches are amazing. My high schoolers and middle school aged kids train at The Core Sports Performance. They have been pushed and motivated to be the best. My son had very little confidence when he first started and within a few months he developed confidence, speed, and agility. Highly recommend sending your athletes here for training.
The coaches job here aren't to make you better, they're to push you to be the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
