I had a shoulder replacement on 4/28/2021. Core is made of several separate, that do NO internal communication. After supplying all my medications to Doctor, nurse Shirley continued to annoy with request to up date portal data. Weeks later the portal is still not up date. The admission nurse was rude and more interested in her phone messages. The anesthesiologist was poorly trained as he had to re-stab to perform nerve block. While the care was decent I was lied to by the surgery coordinator when I wass told that the anesthesia provider was in network, I was given a name of a provider which I confirmed was in network onlyto be hit with an almost $5000 bill from another out of network provider. I was assured that this had been approved by the insurance even on the day of the surgery.
