I visited my family member who stays here and I really had a great impression of The Core. My family member’s AC stopped working the day I arrived. They put in a maintenance request and it was fixed in less than 24 hrs. There is ample guest parking and also EV charging (which is a bit difficult to figure out). The amenities are great and the room layouts are well thought out. I really liked this place and am glad my family member gets to stay here.
Worst operated complex in Arizona: One of these places that hopes if they write “luxury” on the signs they will be able to charge more. The positives of this place is I do think the apartments themselves are bigger than your typical complex. They are clean enough on the inside and the maintenance is pretty responsive. The Core Chandler has truly been one of my favorite places to consider. The community is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Angel the Manager was absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. The amenities are great, the location is convenient, and overall it’s been one of my top options. Highly recommend checking it out!
I’d love to share my experience with The Core Chandler. We moved in just a little over 2 weeks ago and we love it !! The apartments look exactly like they do online. The property is very well maintained and upkept. We submitted some maintenance request our first work and they responded fast & efficiently!! It’s a beautiful community & they do events for the holidays. I’d like to thank Rosa & Angel , for helping me and my family move into our new home.
