My family has been living in this community since July 1, 2020. And during this time, three or four teams of managers have changed, working in the office with residents. And each time the team that came was worse than the previous one. And this is surprising! If the work is well-established, it is easy to improve it, or at least maintain it at the same level. The Core Chandler Apartment is very good. Nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Apartment manager Angel, Asst. Manager Rosa and leasing agent Alexis are awesome with their excellent customer service and other supports.
As I begin my retirement, I have chosen to spend the colder, windier months away from Chicago and settle in Arizona. I feel fortunate to have selected The Core Apartments in Chandler as my second home, as it is located in a safe and beautiful area. The environment is clean, and the security is pretty good too! The staff are all very friendly, especially Rosa, who is particularly prompt in addressing questions! However, for some reason, even rooms without open windows are still filled with dust (not sure if it’s related to the local climate?).
This is our first apartment in Arizona, and we’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment is fairly new, clean, and the amenities are well-maintained. Inside the unit, having front-load washers and a gas stove is a nice bonus. The management team is fantastic, and work orders are handled quickly.
