Horrible experience with The CORE at Chandler. In 2022, I relocated from Seattle to Chandler due to a family emergency and only lived at this property for approximately 30 days before breaking my lease. I communicated directly with management throughout the process, returned the keys properly, and was told by Jacqueline — the property manager at the time — that the account would be adjusted once a new tenant moved into the unit. If I could give it zero stars I would. Pool area was constantly a mess, we were locked out of our apartment a day before our lease was up because they assumed we weren’t there anymore because we moved. Charges for nothing. Unprofessional staff. My washer broke once and they told me to go to an empty unit to wash it. Shitty shitty.
