All the staff is great and helpful, specifically Rosa. It was my home for two years, and it is really nice place
I want to start off by saying that I really appreciate how great Nick has been in the leasing office. Him and the assistant manager I believe is who I have spoken to and they have done what they can to assist me thus far. The apartments are decent and I don’t have too many major complaints aside from two things. Parcel Pending PLUS is atrocious. Warning for future renters (as of August 2026): If you value a quiet place to live, avoid renting units near #306, including adjacent units such as #304, #305, #206, and #207. Based on my experience, late-night noise is a recurring issue. Loud music, a TV at high volume, and singing often begin around 10–11 p.m. and can continue until 3–4 a.m. Despite complaints, management has not resolved the problem.
