Definitely felt a little misled by the pictures online and the tour of a two bedroom model in-person. In addition, the 3 bedroom apartment we moved into, the door was cracked open when we arrived. The apartment was dirty and it looked like they only vacuumed. Broken shower rod literally hanging down in the bathroom, the hood above our oven/stove is missing, cabinets are border-line broken when you open them, dishwasher literally comes out when you open bc it’s not secured into the cheap wood, found pictures of the previous t... read more
Rosa! She was so sweet and helpful. Helped me get into an appt. I almost wish I Had called in advanced. But we made it work. The place looks amazing. Def feels like a vacation.
Very nice and friendly. Had most of the accommodations that my fiance needs as being handicapped
Very fast getting to the job and fixing the problem.
