Highly unprofessional staff. Reached out to them with no resolution. Do not use them unless your have weeks or longer to wait on them. Elvis is extremely rude and very unprofessional
I had a very disappointing experience with Coquat Law Firm. Their communication is extremely poor — days would go by without a response to my inquiries, and I often had to follow up just to get their attention. When it came time to represent me in front of the judge, they did a poor job and accepted a deal that actually cost me more money, without offering any explanation for why they chose that option. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend them.
This “law firm” is the most unprofessional, and inconsiderate group I have ever worked with. Justin and his “team” seem to only work when it’s convenient for them. This law firm was happy to take my money, and ensure I was in the right hands. (Months later) Turns out nothing was ever done regarding my case. If I could give this law firm negative stars, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. No communication whatsoever from the lawyer after payment was made. I just received a notice from the court that I was found guilty due to not completing payment for deferred adjudication after a January court date where I was apparently represented by this lawyer (without me being present, as he said he would - no problem there).
