If there was a way to give a negative rating I would. 1Star is too high and that's a shame because the place is beautiful. The owner is rude and arrogant. We have rented multiple time and she still treated us horribly. She booked over our date so we compromised and took an earlier date but that date held an event so we couldn't properly set up. So she let us drop off stuff the night before. But then charged us double. Rude to us and our guest. Even if the place was free I would not recomend it to anyone
As far as the venue, it’s absolutely gorgeous. Zero complaints there. However, our experience with the owner was not great. When we toured and reserved the venue the owner was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had discussed her hiring a bartender and other details. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. The owner did not hire us a bartender and blatantly lied saying we never asked for one. She said she’d make some calls and figure something out.
