What a disappointment to have booked for three days They didn't clean my room a single day; the trash was just sitting there every day and that’s supposed to be a basic service. There were no clean towels, soap, or shampoo; I had to go to the store I went to the front desk to mention some issues with my room; they said they would clean it, but no one ever came

Breakfast was not like a regular standard best western breakfast but other then that room were clean and beds were super comfortable

If you need a room that is conveniently located off of the 17 Within driving distance to Sedona, Cottonwood or just Camp Verde itself do not overlook this Sure Stay. It has everything you need, hot showers, clean rooms, comfortable beds, comfortable sheets, decent TV options, breakfast, and extremely friendly service. All of the boxes were checked I would gladly stay here again.

I would like to say the rooms were very clean. I didn’t get the young man’s name that worked that nite or the young lady in the morning but they were very nice and professional they was able to answer our questions about the surrounding area. I would like to thank them because of them I will be returning thank you again
