I tried to contact Jennifer directly as I found an email on the website - no response. Then I eventually called in and talked to Jeremy - very great service on the phone! But then I followed up with email because I had questions and again, radio silence. Like?! What does a girl need to do in this world to get an email reply from a service within her own city?!
