Justin Chavez is the best - we really appreciate him & your company. We do the annual fee with 2 visits - great value
We put in a new unit, and everything works well. Had to adjust something and they were able to fix in a short amount of. Keep up the good work. I recommend these people for your next air unit.

Justin came out on time and immediately went to work. He was cordial and professional and took his time to explain everything I needed to know about what he did and what I can do to maintain our unit. I called The Cooling Company after having a tech from a different company tried to scare us into replacing our entire system. Justin reassured us that everything looked great and that as long as we do routine maintenance and swap out our filters in a timely manner would system should be good for a number of years. I called about my old ac unit turning off, they made an appointment quickly. Justin Chavez arrived, very friendly, explained the visit fee, didn't seem bothered that I observed his work, we talked about the details of the issue. He opened it up and found it was a very simple screw loose. Didn't try to upsell anything (I had another company three years come out on the issue and said I needed a new unit), suggested a maintenance package, but no hard sell. Couldn't recommend Justin more, he was great!
