My experience has been a nightmare of dishonest practices, negligence, and outright abuse of trust. 1. Contacted Kevin Beal at The CoolerMan when our AC was not cooling. Very next morning he sent Tech Alex to our house in W.Houston. Alex figured out what was wrong and had our unit working again quickly. Over the past 30 years we have relied on Kevin & his team at The CoolerMan to always take good care of us.
