Just used this company for the 1st. time at my liquor store & deli. Friday morning walk in cooler not working, coming into Labor Day weekend, called The Cooler Guys. Jazmine answered the phone, polite courteous, and responsive. She called back and said she’d have a technician out inn1 hour. Steven came out addressed the problem, fixed are walk in. An unfortunate experience to say the least. We contacted The Cooler Guys admittedly when the heat was bad in San Diego, and I'm sure lots of folks were having issues. Our issue was small, but important to us. Initial contact seemed promising and they did get a tech to us in a couple days which was appreciated. The tech started to evaluate the situation, but admitted that they made the situation much worse than it was when they got here. be aware you will get scammed from the cooler guys. They're unprofessional, rude, won't fix your broken appliance and if if it wasn't broken they will make sure to break it themselves. They will charge you and disappear
