After dealing with copper City sheet metal for 3 months with no call back, and unanswered calls. I went with the cool zone. They came within ten minutes and got my heat going again within an hr! I recommend anyone having heating problems to call them first! Old or new, they know what they're doing! Thank you Dale and Pete!
I recently had my Furnace act up, And Dale Schaeffer, the owner of “The Cool Zone” Had installed my furnace about 4 1/2 years ago and so when my furnace started acting up a week and half ago, I called him up and he came down took a look at it ordered the part that was necessary, got it up running and working for me. Dale and his crew are professional and well educated and it shows! Called him during a cold snap when my furnace wouldn’t work right. He got right over and fixed the problem in less then 15 mins highly recommend!
I’ve worked with Dave a few different times. He does great work and goes out of his way to help out.
Dale and his crew were great! Had a question about my AC unit and ducts. Answered his phone and arrived when he said he would. Super nice guys and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
