My grandson’s furnace quit working and it’s winter. He called several businesses and could not reach anyone. I told him I would call also. I got ahold of Dale with Cool Zone. He answered promptly and showed up quickly. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The furnace is going, the house is warm and the price can’t be beat. Thank you Dale!
I cannot recommend The Cool Zone enough! Our furnace went out last week, and the next day they checked it. Some parts needed to be replaced, so they ordered them immediately. These guys were great! We will absolutely be calling them for any future work needed on our furnace. We had an issue late on a Friday night, gave them a call on Saturday morning and they came out to take a look and help us out within an hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

After dealing with copper City sheet metal for 3 months with no call back, and unanswered calls. I went with the cool zone. They came within ten minutes and got my heat going again within an hr!
