The Cool Venue absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everything was so organized and clear that clients are not left confused or to wonder about much of anything. Once we booked, they held a zoom call giving us the rundown of how the event worked and answered all of our questions. So glad we decided to go with this venue for our baby shower! The place is lovely, there was enough parking for everyone, and the attendant was helpful and professional from start to finish. Will definitely reconsider this venue for future events.
Cool Venue in Edison- We had such an amazing celebration here recently. The booking agent and the in-house assistant were friendly and very helpful. It’s a perfect space for an intimate event and the chandeliers gave out a classy, elegant ambiance to the place which was perfect for our theme. I must say that her venue is very nice. But dealing with Ronny is a nightmare. Yes you’re only going to see good reviews because she will harass you to only put good reviews for her venue spaces. She spies on all the events that take place in her space and will threaten to call the cops if she is not satisfied with what she sees. Again, beautiful space but be prepared to have a headache dealing with this woman.
