Absolutely love this. I have carpel tunnel and arthritis in my hand it works wonders for the swelling and pain. I am on my feet 6 to 9 hours at a time and was having really major leg cramps but no longer since I.keep going to Cryo. I.realize this is. one of those things you have to maintain, but trust me, its worth it for me. If anyone has any type of issues going on in your body GIVE it a try.
