My quote increased in price in email without explanation of why this wasn't included in the quote. They also wouldn't explain about why I cant paint the piping before installation and then touch up anything that may need doing after the install. They kept saying they dont recommend painting prior to install, but they didnt provide a rationale for their recommendation.
