My quote increased in price in email without explanation of why this wasn't included in the quote. They also wouldn't explain about why I cant paint the piping before installation and then touch up anything that may need doing after the install. They kept saying they dont recommend painting prior to install, but they didnt provide a rationale for their recommendation. I have dealt with the cool shop company air-conditioner for quite a few years now. I have brought a few air-conditioners in the past couple of years and had the whole Air-conditioners service when they were due. they are a good local company very good service
