I had an issue with an older soda machine nobody was willing to deal with. Nick was able to help me out and get me up and running! Thank you again, A++. I will be sure to contact The Cool Guys with any issue I may have in the future.
After other refrigerator repair techs attempted to repair my kegerator and failed, Nick from Waukesha Refrigeration found the leak and successfully repaired it. I found him to be very flexible, honest, and very skilled. I will definitely contact him again when I need repair work done.

My 10+ year old refrigerator was simply not refrigerating. I called the "Cool Guys" and Nick was terrific over the phone in trying to save me some money and telling me that it was probably not going to be worth fixing. Well, he went out of his way to stop at my house. I felt bad in that the danged thing started to work pretty much on its own.
