We had Cool Guys install our 4 zone heat pump. We got a lot of other quotes from well-known companies, and Ricardo and team were the only ones who knew what they were talking about and had experience in a multi-level strata space. The team was efficient, respectful, and hard-working. My only regret is not having them here sooner. Good people and fabulous work. Thanks so much!

Ricardo did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely give him a five-star rating. My furnace had stopped working, and I had several technicians look at it before. Some told me it was the control board, some said it could be fixed, and others said they would order parts, but nothing was resolved. When Ricardo came, he was very professional and thorough.
