RESPONSE: I am not sure how to respond to your comment but I did try multiple times, for weeks to get this handled in a non-public forum but was ignored. I was not getting responses to emails and phone calls and voicemails were not returned. It took 6 months just to get a response to the Google review. If you take pride in your work I would recommend going back over those invoices and refunding the portion of my retainer that was not used... the paralegals mistakes should not be charged to your clients. We initially reached out to this firm with hope, believing they might assist with a very straightforward stepchild adoption matter - one we had once paused with this firm (two years ago, when they were clearly much kinder people) but were ready to resume.
