I had a wonderful experience at the Ashburn location of The Container Store. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The GM, Cindy, and my salesperson, Sharon, helped me find the perfect baskets for my mudroom. The system worked so well that I decided I wanted three more of the white 12x12 lined rattan baskets. Insanely high prices for some plastic containers (same things can be found on amazon for 1/2 the price), over $20 for one singular wheel that goes on a separately bought rack. Worker followed us around, profiled, and kicked us out of the store for looking around to buy an organizer.
Got profiled at the store, went in to look around and this lady with grey hair started eyeing me and my friends immediately. We started looking at drawers and me and my friend saw that the lady was looking at us from the end of the isle. Me and my friend then went to the other isle and saw some chairs and sat in them to test them out and she said if we weren't gonna buy it then get off which is fair.
