I recently visited the container store with my wife . We are new to the area and wanted to organize our new closet , when arriving to the store we were immediately helped by Deja she made our experience at the store amazing. She was very informative on the products we requested and her customer service was impressive beyond words can explain. Closing at 7 pm, what a great way to lose business! Then when asking staff about it, they were rude. No wonder online shopping is collapsing these businesses when they don't offer any distinguishing, customer service in the store. Disappointing!
I just had the BEST experience at The Container Store in Ashburn, VA. I am moving this week and needed a lot of items. Deb was very helpful to me. She helped me purchase another item from The Container Store in Reston, gave me directions, and helped me take my items outside. Deb really impressed me and I can’t wait to come back!
