I even want to rate zero if possible. Terrible customer service ever! I placed the order pickup on 03/19/26 and drive around 45mins to pick up. When I arrived and pickup, they told me part of my order were not available but that staff said she already let the warehouse know and they would get them by the following Wednesday. It's a very clean and organized store. About half of what they sell are In-House brands. Some are pretty good like the Elfa. The stuff they sell that isn't in-home is also good but marked up (SimpleHuman). Don't expect any help from the staff. My recommendation is to go to the store for inspiration, take some pictures and then go on-line to get the help you might get from an associate ten years ago.
I want to recognize Wendy and Cindy at the One Loudoun Container Store. They exemplify the meaning of customer service! And the entire experience was just a lot of fun with both of these ladies in attendance. I look forward to visiting the store again...even if I'm not shopping for anything.. but just to stop by and say hello!
I had a wonderful experience at the Ashburn location of The Container Store. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The GM, Cindy, and my salesperson, Sharon, helped me find the perfect baskets for my mudroom. The system worked so well that I decided I wanted three more of the white 12x12 lined rattan baskets. Insanely high prices for some plastic containers (same things can be found on amazon for 1/2 the price), over $20 for one singular wheel that goes on a separately bought rack. Worker followed us around, profiled, and kicked us out of the store for looking around to buy an organizer.
