We park on the second floor garage and walk across the sky bridge directly in the store. This place is amazing. They always have something- from stocking stuffers to office supplies to kids hangers. The reason I’m writing this is due to the genuinely kind and friendly people who work there. Marty and Marna(?) are wonderful. They turned an ordinary shopping experience into one that felt like I was among friends.
So somewhere else. This is the worst "The Container Store" ever. The associate with the straight bond hair and the other with a beard were walking around, didn't greet nor ask if I needed help. There is only one register at the parking garage bridge entrance and no other at the entrance to the mall. I put my item back and went into the mall.
Prices are okay but not great. I bought a lazy susan here and wanted a second one of the same kind I had previously bought so came to buy one the four they in stock were all broken and wouldn't spin i pointed it out to staff who said to just order online and that they didnt plan to remove them from the shelf. Shocking considering you'd think they'd want people to shop in store but oh well I'll see if another store has it and isnt broken🤷♀️
Rude staff. My friend and I exited the store and a male staff member wearing a black face mask told us “goodnight” so we smiled and responded with “thank you”. Guess the guy didn’t hear us because he responded with “you can say goodnight” in the most condescending tone. Other one star reviews have also had an issue with this person apparently. Y'all need to keep your staff members in check.
