Rude staff. My friend and I exited the store and a male staff member wearing a black face mask told us “goodnight” so we smiled and responded with “thank you”. Guess the guy didn’t hear us because he responded with “you can say goodnight” in the most condescending tone. Other one star reviews have also had an issue with this person apparently. Y'all need to keep your staff members in check.
Awesome products! Stood and waited at the counter for ten minutes on Dec 21, 2024, about 220pm'ish and while waiting found the same products way cheaper on Amazon. Great store to help you find your way to what you want to order on Amazon.
Decently staffed, well put together and maintained. Absolutely LOADS of solutions for storing your stuff.
On Sunday, 11/10/24 ~5:45 PM, I witnessed and overhead a male employee wearing a face mask rudely refuse to serve a customer with a hearing disability. This is absolutely not okay!
Lots of missing or confusing prices.
