For a store that was nearly empty, none of the many employees made an effort to initially help me. Even when I did ask for help, they were dismissive and seemed annoyed, specifically Jose. That's an overwhelming store. It doesn't hurt to check in with folks to make sure they are okay. Ignoring customers = losing sales.

Great staff who provide quality customer service
Very nice, helpful staff, variety of good quality merchandise. For items that are not available in the store, you can order and receive free shipping without charge ( store pick up), though the shipping was slower than my expectation. Plenty of Parking spaces are available. Negative? Most items have a higher-than-usual price tag, sometimes not worth it in my opinion.
