OMG. What service I got today just blew me away. Sergio and Kevin rocked it!!! I was looking for a part of an Elfa item that is discontinued. It is a replacement part that has no price tag. And yet they went through the trouble to help me find the pieces. All thirty missing clips for the discontinued Fascia. And they both took care of my request as though it really mattered.
