I visited the Container Store on Sunday and was looking for a shoe rack. And I found one on sale that was expandable. I took it home and noticed a defect in one of the parts. So I took it back on the next day and was not asked any questions at all just let me get you another one so we can exchange it out. I though that was awesome! They have an excellent customer service regarding returns and customer satisfaction.
Love this place. They have all kinds of things for storage for your home and nice travel items too. Will definitely return.
