The signage throughout the store was very misleading. There were 60% off signs posted all over, so I reasonably assumed the items I picked were included. When I asked at checkout, I was told only one section was actually on sale. The signs should clearly specify “selected section only” instead of being placed throughout the store.
Hi, former Southern girl NEW to the West Coast. I absolutely love the Container Store. I love organizing. This location was very inviting and refreshing. The entire staff was eager to help energetic and friendly. I was greeted when I walk inside. I was approach for assistance. It was easy to communicate idea recommendation for future projects.
