I’ve emailed- I’ve sat on hold for over 3 hours. How do you get in touch with anyone. I have an order placed 16 days ago and no word in its status or when I should be receiving it. Initial shipment was 5-10 days which has lapsed. I’d just like to cancel all together and be refunded

They emailed me three separate coupons, but only allowed me to use one. And when I said something to the cashier, she completely ignored me. Their closet systems are outrageously expensive. One system on display was over $22,000 installed!
Great place to go if you need a container. Too bad they aren't open 24 hours a day!
I make my trek down from New Hampshire and CANNOT pass without gracing the aisles of this fine establishment! Somehow a tranquil peace overcomes me as I picture my STUFF all neat and tidy in the endless sea of containment upon your shelves......AHHHHHHH!!!!!!
